Collectors Cartel TCG proudly ships trading cards, sealed products, and collectibles worldwide. We aim to process, package, and dispatch all orders as quickly and safely as possible to ensure your items arrive in the condition they were sent. By placing an order with Collectors Cartel TCG, you agree to the terms outlined in this Shipping Policy.

Free Shipping (Australia Only)

We offer FREE Shipping on all orders over $180.00AUD Australia wide.

Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout when your order qualifies. 

 

The free shipping threshold is calculated after discounts and promotions have been applied.

 

Shipping Rates

 

Orders under AUD $180.00 will incur shipping charges based on:

• Delivery destination

• Parcel weight and dimensions

• Shipping method selected at checkout

 

Shipping costs will be displayed before payment is completed.

 

Shipping Insurance

 

To help protect your purchase during transit, Shipping Insurance is available for $15.00 AUD per order and may be selected at checkout.

 

Shipping Insurance provides coverage for eligible orders that are:

• Lost in transit

• Damaged during transit

• Confirmed by the carrier as undelivered

 

Important Notice

Shipping Insurance is optional but highly recommended.

If Shipping Insurance is not purchased, Collectors Cartel TCG is not responsible for:

​

• Lost parcels

• Stolen parcels after delivery

• Damaged parcels caused during transit

• Delays caused by shipping carriers

• Packages marked as delivered by the carrier
   

Claims for insured shipments must be submitted within:

​

• 7 days of the parcel being marked as delivered (for damage claims)

• 30 days of dispatch (for lost parcel claims)
   

Photographs of damaged packaging and contents may be required to assess any claim.

Approved claims may result in:

​

• Replacement of the item (where available)

• Store credit

• Refund at the discretion of Collectors Cartel TCG
   

By declining Shipping Insurance, the customer accepts all risks associated with transit once the parcel has been handed to the shipping carrier.

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days.

Processing times may increase during:

Delivery times may vary due to customs processing, local postal services, weather events, and carrier delays.

Customs Duties & Taxes
 

International customers are responsible for any:

• Import duties

• Customs charges

• VAT/GST

• Brokerage fees

• Government taxes imposed by their country.

Tracking Information

Tracking information will be provided where available once your order has been dispatched.

 

Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking updates and ensuring that delivery information is accurate.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

 

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an incorrect address is supplied:

• Collectors Cartel TCG cannot guarantee recovery of the parcel.

• Additional shipping fees may apply for re-delivery.

• Refunds will not be provided for parcels delivered to the address entered during checkout.

 

Lost, Delayed or Damaged Parcels

 

Once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery times are outside of our control.

Collectors Cartel TCG will assist customers in lodging investigations with shipping providers where possible.

 

For uninsured shipments, our liability ends once the parcel has been accepted by the shipping carrier and tracking information has been provided.

 

Trading Card Packaging

All orders are carefully packaged to protect your purchase.

 

Depending on the product purchased, items may be shipped using:

• Penny Sleeves

• Top Loaders

• Semi-Rigid Card Holders

• Team Bags

• Bubble Wrap

• Protective Cardboard Packaging

• Shipping Boxes

 

Packaging methods may vary depending on the value and quantity of items purchased.

 

Pre-Orders

For pre-order products:

• Release dates are supplied by manufacturers and distributors.

• Release dates may change without notice.

• Orders containing both pre-order and in-stock items may be held until all items are available unless otherwise stated.

 

Delivery Issues

 

If you experience any issues with your delivery, please contact us as soon as possible.

We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and provide updates where available.
