Photo Upload Terms & Conditions – Collectors Cartel TCG

By uploading, submitting, tagging, emailing, messaging, or otherwise providing photographs, videos, or other content ("Content") to Collectors Cartel TCG, you agree to the following:

1. Permission to Use

   • You grant Collectors Cartel TCG a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual licence to use, reproduce, edit, publish, display, distribute, and share your Content for marketing, promotional, advertising, social media, website, and business purposes.
      

2. Ownership

   • You confirm that you own the Content or have obtained all necessary permissions from the owner(s) and any individuals appearing in the Content.
      

3. No Compensation

   • You acknowledge that you will not receive any payment, compensation, royalties, or other benefits for the use of your Content.
      

4. Content Modifications

   • Collectors Cartel TCG may crop, resize, edit, add branding, or otherwise modify the Content without seeking further approval.
      

5. Removal Requests

   • While Collectors Cartel TCG may consider requests to remove Content, we are under no obligation to do so once the Content has been published.
      

6. Prohibited Content

   • You must not upload Content that is unlawful, offensive, defamatory, misleading, infringes intellectual property rights, or violates the rights of any third party.
      

7. Indemnity

   • You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Collectors Cartel TCG from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses arising from your submission of the Content.
      

8. Acceptance

   • By uploading or submitting Content to Collectors Cartel TCG, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
