11. Graded Cards

Graded cards are sold based on the grade assigned by the grading company.

12. Sealed Products

 

Collectors Cartel TCG cannot guarantee:

• Specific card pulls

• Chase cards

• Hit rates

• Product contents beyond manufacturer specifications

 

All sealed products are sold as randomised products.

 

13. Returns & Refunds

Due to the collectible nature of trading cards and sealed products, all sales are generally final.

 

Returns may be accepted where:

• The incorrect item was supplied.

• The item is significantly damaged prior to shipping.

• The item is faulty under Australian Consumer Law.

 

Returns will not be accepted for:

• Change of mind.

• Buyer remorse.

• Unsuccessful card pulls.
